This recipe is from the food medic. I love all her recipes and she always has so helpful posts were she writes about a lot of topics for example “what are probiotics”, or “what makes up a healthy diet” and her podcasts are awesome too! I love to listen to her in the morning or on my way to work via Spotify! If you don’t know her I recommend checking her out – the food medic.
Here is her recipe:
Ingredients:
100g oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp cinnamon
40 g raisins
1 tbsp coconut oil
50g honey or agave nectar
50g peanutbutter
I just put everything in a high speed food processor until a sticky dough forms. If its too dry add some more honey, if its too wet add a little more oats. Form tablespoon sized balls.
