For me nothing says fall quite like homemade pumpkin spice. A mix of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice and nutmeg. This aromatic blend is a must when baking up autumn comfort dishes!
Ingredients:
1/3 cup ground cinnamon
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 tbsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp ground cloves
In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Store in an airtight container for up to 6 month.
