“Our Summer Kitchen Recipes” – a free Ebook
Martina, Anja, and I met for the very first time at the AFBA Awards (Austrian Foodblog Awards) in 2019 and became fast friends. Since then, we have gone on culinary excursions together, had tons of Zoom meetings, and even went on a creative weekend trip. The Austrian Food Blog Award was our start to an amazing creative friendship .
That holiday trip was the first opportunity to network, create recipes and photograph together. It was one of my most exciting weekends as a Food blogger. We 3 have an extraordinary friendship and support each other on every step of our food blogger life.
We are currently working on a cook book idea that we presented to a well-respected Austrian publisher. Please stay tuned and keep your fingers crossed for us 😊❤️.

The recipes I created for this Ebook.
For this fantastic summer ebook, I created four recipes that you have to make ASAP this summer:
- No churn Tiramisu Ice cream with a coffee caramel sauce
- “Clover Leaf,” which is a gin-based raspberry drink. I love it because it’s super refreshing and not too sweet. In my opinion the ideal cocktail on hot summer evenings 😉.
- “Creamy Shallots and Potato Tart with Ricotta and Feta Cream” is not only a show-stopping piece of art. It tastes fantastic, and you can enjoy it cold or warm.
- There always has to be a recipe included for the small and big kids 😉: “Strawberry White Chocolate Cookies.”
